We have often been told to brush our teeth twice daily, change our toothbrush every three month but very little attention is given to d hygiene of our towels and sponge.
How often should people wash their towel in a week?
How regular should we dispose our towels and sponge?
Some people celebrate many birthdays for their towels. They even boast with it. You will hear things like this "hah, I buy quality towels oo, d one I use now is 4yrs old" haba! Oga, madam!

But majority need to improve on this hygiene.
I dispose my sponge on a regular basis but many. people don't..
We need to standardise this issues so that d children can adapt to good hygienic habits!
